Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Location: Houston, TX (4 days a week onsite, 1 day remote)
Salary: 145K-150K w/ bonus
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a subject matter expert for M365 and Exchange.
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
General Skills:
Ability to install, configure, and maintain operating systems, workstations, and servers.
Physical/Other:
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, move up to 10 pounds, operate computers/devices, and adjust focus for screen work.
Travel:
Occasional travel (up to 10%); passport and driver’s license required.
Nice to Have
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint.
Expertise and familiarity with Rubrik.
Microsoft and Azure certifications.
Experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, and automation tools.
Experience with integrating M365 services and third‑party applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
Exchange Online:
Design, implement, and configure environments; manage mailboxes and groups; administer security and compliance; troubleshoot and support users; migrate mailboxes; integrate with other services; automate tasks.
OneDrive for Business:
Migrate legacy storage; oversee quotas and access; enforce security and compliance; respond to incidents; support users; promote adoption; automate file management; enable custom integrations.
Microsoft Teams:
Plan, deploy, and configure environments; administer users, groups, and channels; manage security and compliance; integrate with other services; support users; monitor usage and trends; align capabilities with business goals.
General IT Infrastructure:
Ensure long‑term operations and administration; follow work plans and timelines; communicate activities and results; identify cost improvements; comply with policies and procedures; maintain documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners.
