As the Manager, you will build and lead a team of Strategic Negotiators (Portfolio Managers) who drive the global data center expansion portfolio. The team serves as the primary site leader from post‑acquisition, overseeing all essential pre‑construction development activities, including zoning, permitting, and utility planning.

The main objective is to deliver development‑ready land assets that precisely meet requirements for capacity, timeline, cost, and technical specifications, allowing Google to construct reliable, scalable, and cost‑effective data center infrastructure globally.

We provide AI and Infrastructure that empower our customers worldwide, supporting cutting‑edge AI models, computing power, and global services.

Drive all pre‑construction activities, including zoning, permits, and environmental studies, ensuring land is fully prepared and aligned with construction schedules.

Formalize global program standards and processes, managing development activities to consistently meet or exceed strict delivery schedules required by capacity planning.

Ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration with internal partners (Acquisitions, Engineering, Legal) for smooth site handoffs, resolving technical and contractual issues quickly.
