Job Summary Opportunity to join a team responsible for operating, optimizing, and supporting identity and access services for corporate and hotel users across a global hospitality organization. Critical role in investigating access issues, identifying and executing remediations, and integrating IAM services with application teams. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless authentication services and maintain the integrity of identity data systems. This role offers the chance to contribute to the technology infrastructure that supports continued global growth while staying at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of authentication services, identity data systems, and broader identity and access services that control user access
Ensure compliance with relevant controls and operating procedures
Triage and troubleshoot access requests and incident tickets according to standard procedures
Interface with business and technical teams to diagnose issues and execute resolutions
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain service availability and performance
Generate user access reports and run on-demand queries
Research and respond to internal and external audit inquiries
Document and update directory services platform operating documents
Represent the IAM function to business teams in various projects
Compile metrics
Propose process improvements that align with delivery strategy and key performance indicators
Skills
Time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Creative problem‑solving skills with flexibility in finding solutions to complex challenges
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple complex requests simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment
Self‑motivated with initiative in implementing goals and utilizing analytical skills
Adaptability to change with evolving business needs
Basic understanding of technology infrastructure and Linux/Unix operating systems
Foundational knowledge of identity and access management concepts
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both functional and technical decision‑makers
Ability to document business processes within enterprise‑level organizations
Experience
1 year of Information Technology related experience
1 year of experience working with both functional and technical decision‑makers
Experience documenting business processes within enterprise‑level companies
Experience in the Identity and Access Management field is preferred
Linux platform support experience is preferred
Experience with LDAP and Federation solutions, specifically Ping Directory and Ping Federate products, is preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
