Our client, an eCommerce company is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ERP transformation and systems integration. This role is on-site and full-time and will play a key role in managing the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with integrations across e-commerce platforms, WMS systems, and related business applications. The ideal candidate is organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including ERP migration and system integration initiatives Own project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting Coordinate work across IT, operations, finance, vendors, and implementation partners Support and track Business Central implementation activities Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical execution, and delivery timelines Coordinate UAT planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization Maintain project documentation and communication cadence Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role Experience managing software, ERP, or systems integration projects Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Exposure to ERP implementations or migrations Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WMS systems Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies PMP or similar certification (preferred, not required) Location: Edison NJ Salary: $95K Supreme Talent
