Full-time Shift:
2nd shift (1400-2230, five shifts per week, flexible schedule to meet department needs; may include weekends and holidays; on call rotations included) FTE:

Job Summary Performs various routine duties associated with patient encounters; works effectively with other healthcare personnel to provide efficient and effective services; promotes efficient and high quality care and satisfaction; establishes and directs the daily workflow of the Phlebotomy team.
Experience A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or Clinical Lab setting is required.
Education High School diploma or equivalent is required. Graduate of an approved Phlebotomy Training program is preferred.
Licensure ASCP certification is preferred.
Special Skills Professional and friendly disposition; ability to work under sometimes stressful situations. Excellent customer service, organizational, and motivational skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to effectively train employees and students using different teaching/training styles and methods.
