who are looking for an experienced
Game Designer
to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Ideate Casino game concepts having always in mind the wider Product strategy.
Hold the vision for the product from inception to release.
Pitch new insights to the team/hold brainstorming sessions.
Collaborate with other Game Designers to keep a competitive games portfolio.
Accountable for the products you create.
Participate in creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other).
Participates in collaboration sessions regarding game, interface, animation, sound, and art style.
Innovate and improve leading game mechanics and ideas for new game products.
As a Game Designer, you will ultimately be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the Casino games produced across the studio(s).
Engages with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years as a Slot Game Designer, or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.
Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.
Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets.
A proactive self‑starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
A high degree of individual initiative, and personal accountability.
