Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploitation Specialist to join our team supporting GEOINT operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in data analysis, geospatial intelligence, and software development, with a proven ability to independently manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth within a mission‑critical national security setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data exploitation efforts, including in-depth data exploration, cleaning, and analysis to support intelligence mission objectives.
Develop and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Utilize geographic information system (GIS) tools and geospatial packages such as GeoPandas and Shapely to analyze location‑based data.
Collaborate on deploying AI/ML models into operational systems, enhancing geospatial analysis capabilities.
Manage project workflows using version control systems such as GitLab, ensuring code quality and reproducibility.
Support the integration of geospatial data with other intelligence sources and contribute to GEOINT collection strategies.
Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt solutions to evolving mission requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years' experience in data analysis, data mining, and visualization, particularly using Python and SQL.
Strong proficiency in statistical and general‑purpose programming languages relevant to data analysis.
Proven experience managing technical projects with minimal oversight.
Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
Familiarity with code repositories such as GitLab.
Nice to Have
Over 5 years of experience with Python focused on data analysis.
Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Grafana, Databricks, or JEMA.
Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Hands‑on experience with Syntasa platform.
Expertise in analyzing geospatially enabled data and deploying AI tools into operational software.
Understanding of GEOINT collection processes and system architecture.
