DMR Media Specialists is a real estate–focused digital marketing agency helping agents, teams, and brokerages grow through high-performance websites, SEO, paid media, and conversion-driven systems. We build modern, fast, and scalable web experiences using tools like Next.js and Webflow, paired with strong design fundamentals and search visibility.
Position Overview DMR Media Specialists is hiring a
part-time Web Developer & Designer
to support website builds, landing pages, and ongoing client projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in
Next.js and front-end development , solid design instincts, and an interest in growing into a more advanced role over time.
This position is
part-time W-2
with the potential to move into a
full-time role
as workload and performance grow.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain websites and landing pages using
Next.js
Write clean, maintainable
HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
Implement responsive, mobile-first layouts
Apply strong design principles including spacing, typography, hierarchy, and usability
Translate wireframes, examples, or direction into finished web pages
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and basic SEO best practices
Content & SEO Support (Trainable)
Assist with publishing and formatting SEO-focused blog posts
Learn and apply on-page SEO fundamentals (headings, internal links, structure)
Follow SOPs for SEO content implementation (training provided)
Collaborate with operations and SEO team to execute content tasks accurately
Collaboration & Process
Work within ClickUp for task management and communication
Follow documented SOPs and workflows
Attend required team or project meetings (as scheduled)
Track work time accurately when required
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with
Next.js
Strong understanding of
HTML and CSS
Familiarity with modern front-end development practices
Solid eye for clean, professional design
Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
Attention to detail and ability to execute consistently
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Experience with SEO or content publishing
Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms
Basic understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
Prior agency or freelance experience
SEO copywriting experience is
not required . This is a trainable skill, and structured training will be provided.
Compensation & Employment Details
Compensation:
$15,000–$25,000 per year (part-time), based on experience and availability
Employment Type:
W-2 Employee
Schedule:
Part-time (hours will be defined and consistent)
Growth Opportunity:
This role may transition into a full-time position based on performance, workload, and company growth
Location:
Remote (unless otherwise specified)
