Job Overview The VLT Technician II is responsible for performing shop repairs, rebuilding slot machines, and gaining hands‑on experience with all gaming devices and related systems, all while delivering exceptional guest service.
Salary & Availability Starting Rate:
$21.51 per hour.
Day‑to‑Day
Perform floor repairs and preventative maintenance on all slot machines, including machine cleaning and overhauls.
Maintain the integrity of slot machine equipment and safeguard all company assets and property at all times.
Collaborate with Slot Technical and Slot Operational team members to ensure slot machines, change machines (TRU / JDU), and online system equipment are functioning properly and meeting customer needs.
Notify supervisor and/or Security of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or suspected theft.
Ideal Candidate
Is at least 21 years old.
Has a minimum of six months of experience as a Slot Technician, Electronic Technician, or in a comparable technical role.
Has strong problem‑solving skills.
Has the ability to multi‑task and work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Has flexibility to work in the evenings and weekends as needed.
