Snr SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA Implementations

Overview Our client is helping organizations unlock the full potential of SAP technology to optimize operations and drive measurable performance improvements. Their expertise spans Supply Chain, Finance (FI/CO), Data & Analytics, Customer Experience, Technology & Architecture, SuccessFactors, and Transformation Execution.
You will lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and transformation for global clients.
Full-time employment (UoP or B2B - depending on preferences)
Remote work
(multiple offices available in main cities across Poland)
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through IT transformation and migration to SAP S/4HANA environments.
Support greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid implementations using diverse methodologies, including Agile.
Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against agreed goals.
Participate in business development activities, including service offering identification and RFP responses.
Manage project quality, timelines, and compliance with standards.
Leverage AI-powered tools and virtual assistants to enhance analysis, insights, and solution design – supported by dedicated training and continuous innovation investment.
Skills & Experience required
5+ years as an SAP Project/Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
Preferably 10+ years in SAP environment (hands‑on background).
Proven track record of managing global SAP implementation projects.
Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA program management is essential.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and full program lifecycle.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Ability to travel within Poland and the EU (well‑structured/planned travels – predominantly at the discovery and go‑live stage).
Nice to have
Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
One or more recognized certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI‑ACP.
Experience managing external vendors as a client representative.
Background in change management, business analysis, and process transformation.
Familiarity with TOGAF and BPMN frameworks.
