Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate should have strong Reactjs, TypeScript, and a good understanding of UI Design Systems.
Responsibilities
Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative approaches.
Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate with appropriate systems.
Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met.
Analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets.
Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore new and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful products.
Qualifications
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
Proficiency in Full Stack toolsets to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
Expertise in key web technologies and their non-functional requirements.
Experience with React, TypeScript, UI design systems, ADA compliance, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright automation, and content management systems.
Knowledge of TDD approach for designing microservices and writing JUnit test cases using mocking frameworks.
Exposure to performance tuning of Java microservices.
Understanding of enterprise web application design, build, and deployment lifecycle, including tools like Webpack and Rollup.
Strong collaboration and influence skills to work with cross‑functional teams, including product, analytics, ADA, design, UX, and user research.
Strong Core Java and Java Web Application development knowledge (preferred).
Additional Skills
80% front-end and 20% back-end development focus.
Front-end web development expertise.
AWS experience or knowledge (nice to have).
Pay Range $65 – $85
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K contributions as well as other PTO, sick leave and benefits mandated by applicable state or localities.
