We are looking for a highly organized and experienced senior immigration paralegal to join our growing team — with experience and knowledge on EOIR matters.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and file EOIR documents including Form EOIR-42A/42B, I-589, I-485, bond motions, and evidence packets among other types of cases and motions

Manage EOIR court deadlines and maintain case calendars.

Draft declarations, exhibit lists, and indexes of evidence.

Track and update clients on court hearings, ROPs, and biometrics.

Assist attorneys with trial preparation including organizing country conditions and exhibits.

Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, many of whom have experienced trauma.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files using Clio and Docketwise.

Coordinate interpreter scheduling, filings with court, and mailings.

What We’re Looking For:

3 years minimum of immigration paralegal experience with a strong focus on removal defense / EOIR cases

Proficiency with USCIS and EOIR forms and procedures

Strong writing skills (cover letters, declarations, and motions)

Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Experience using legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, Docketwise) a plus

What We’re Offering:

Salary range of $60,000–$80,000 based on experience
