Job Details
Handle a diverse caseload of plaintiff‑side lemon law matters
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances with increasing autonomy as experience develops.
Work closely with clients to gather evidence, assess damages, and prepare cases for negotiation or trial.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case evaluation to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Maintain organized case files, meet deadlines, and manage a steady volume of active matters.
JD required; licensed and in good standing with CA bar
1–3 years of civil litigation experience
Fluent Spanish proficiency preferred, but not required.
