Who You Are

You are a high performer with 3‑5 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and other strategic transactions.

You have experience in a broad‑based federal transactional tax practice, including handling matters such as the following:

Domestic and cross‑border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, buyouts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances; private equity and hedge funds

Real estate and REIT taxation

Complex capital markets transactions, including structured notes

Bankruptcy and workouts

Structured finance and securitization

Lending and project finance

Start‑up and early‑stage companies

You are experienced in managing components of transactions independently.

You have a strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.

You are an active member of the New York Bar or California Bar.

Salary ranges and additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.

New York, NY annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000

San Diego, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
