Decatur, GA (Primarily On-site, with potential hybrid after probation)

$200K-$300K base + bonus

Senior Litigation Attorney
with extensive litigation and courtroom experience. This is a
full‑time, in‑office role
(with potential hybrid flexibility after probation), ideal for an accomplished attorney ready to lead cases, mentor other attorneys, and contribute to firm growth.

Represent personal injury clients through all phases of litigation, from intake to verdict.
Serve as
first chair in jury trials , handling high‑value and complex matters.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys.
Oversee cases, including discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure effective case handling.
Requirements
JD from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Georgia.
10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Extensive
first‑chair jury trial experience.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (writing sample required).
Organized, proactive, and effective at managing multiple cases.
