Base Pay Range $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manage all stages of the litigation process, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pre‑trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
Draft and review a variety of legal documents such as briefs, motions, memos, memoranda, summary judgment, and dispositive motions.
Lead and conduct depositions, written discovery, and fact discovery.
Develop and implement litigation strategies while working closely with clients and team members.
Actively participate in trial preparation, including the development of arguments and the collection of evidence.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, ensuring they understand the complexities of the legal process.
Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact our clients’ business operations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar in good standing.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on drafting, legal writing, and trial preparation.
Proven experience with briefs, motions, memos, memoranda, summary judgment, dispositive motions, appellate briefs, depositions, written discovery, and fact discovery.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to proactively manage client expectations.
