This position is based at our Hampton Farms location in Garysburg, NC.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at our Garysburg, NC warehouse facility. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role where you’ll be the go‑to expert for inventory management, production scheduling, and shipping/receiving operations. You’ll work independently while being supported by our corporate supply chain team.
Pay:
$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Responsibilities Inventory Management
Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs
Manage stock levels and resolve discrepancies in NetSuite WMS
Coordinate inventory transfers and adjustments
Ensure accurate receiving and put‑away processes
Production Scheduling
Create and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity
Utilize the MRP system to replenish materials
Manage work order issuance and component allocation
Track production progress and communicate status updates
Shipping & Logistics
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
Coordinate with carriers and manage freight logistics
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on‑time deliveries
Resolve shipping issues and customer inquiries
Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff
Serve as the on‑site systems expert for NetSuite
Develop and document standard operating procedures
Foster a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management
Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (NetSuite WMS experience is a plus)
Experience with production scheduling or materials planning
Proven ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Background in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
Experience training or mentoring team members

Frequently walks, stands, and moves through warehouse/plant areas; may occasionally lift up to ~25–35 lbs and perform bending, reaching, or short ladder climbs during inventory tasks.
Performs extensive computer‑based planning and coordination while interacting with production, warehouse, logistics, and quality teams in a fast‑paced setting.
