Compensation: $20-$22 hourly (wage is comprised of base salary and % of department profit to be determined as part of pay plan)

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The primary responsibility of the Clerk is to receive, organize and file, all customer document's for historical record keeping of the dealership.

File documents in the service and accounting departments

Maintain all historical records for the dealership in an orderly fashion

Pull files as needed for Management, Warranty companiesand/or Manufacturer

Make copies for customers as requested

Assist in daily receiptingof funds and deposits

Assist customer with cashing out

Processes paperwork on a timely basis

Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed

Strong attention to detail is required

Effective communication skills is a must

High level of honesty and integrity

Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office

Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks

Must be a minimumof 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
