JR 1530## **QUALITY SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER COMPLIANCE*** ## Target Salary Range = $80k to $90k## ## **OVERVIEW:**The Quality Specialist – Customer Compliance plays a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to customer inquiry resolution and management, and in populating customer portals with product-specific documentation for all Teasdale facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining the company's complaint registers and trending reports.## **WHAT YOU'LL DO:*** Develop and maintain customer inquiry registers and reports.* Distribute customer inquiries/complaints to the affected Quality Managers at each site.* Maintain customer-facing portals by uploading complaint responses provided by the sites.* Provide trending reports for each facility to provide a clear picture of trends and risks for the manufacturing locations.* Enter plant-specific documentation into multiple customer portals.* Engage with customers in partnership with other Quality Leaders to maintain and further develop successful relationships.* Partner with R&D to ensure compliance with product specifications and packaging requirements, and to populate customer portals as needed.* Support plants during audits by providing the requested material data.* Perform other duties as required by the Director of Quality.* Serve as a back-up for the Quality Specialist – Supplier Compliance.## **WHAT YOU'LL NEED:*** Education: Bachelor of Science degree preferred or Comparable Industry Experience* Leadership skills focused on results, decision-making, teamwork, and change management.* Strong mathematical and PC skills, including MS Office.* Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.* The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from cross-functional associates throughout the organization.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.*At Teasdale Latin Foods, our People Principles are all about Living LATIN.* Let us fill you in.* ***L is Learning***.
