Activities
The position leads the deployment of the ORCHESTRADE ETRM system across North America, other trading systems and transactional activities related to ETRM (ex. Hartigen, …), coordinating process and organizational changes across the trade lifecycle. The scope includes organizing and conducting relevant Proof of Concept (POC) implementation, system design, interface integration, process review, reporting procedures, transition from legacy systems and change management. include: Lead planning and implementation of ORCHESTRADE
and other trading systems across multiple phases (scope, schedule, budget, risks). Secure the project team and plan/manage TGPNA business teams
and ORCHESTRADE resources for the project implementation. Establish a project methodology with 2-4 weekly sprints and other forums. Ensure the business/operational readiness for the go live (release) of each project phase. Coordinate end-to-end deployment including system interfaces & dependencies, process changes, and organizational impacts. Manage transition from BOOK to ORCHESTRADE , including definition of migration strategy, parallel run and cutover. Ensure alignment with European implementation and leverage global synergies. Collaborate
with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the product. Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across impacted teams . Lead communication actions. Monitor project KPIs
and ensure
timely reporting
to the Steering Committee. Stay informed of market/technology developments
relevant to the scope of work. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements. Enforce project governance and standards , including project approvals, technology standards, testing and quality Candidate Profile
You are someone who possesses the following experience and credentials: Proven experience in
project management within trading systems or ETRM environments . Strong understanding of
trade lifecycle, risk management, and reporting processes . Familiarity with
ORCHESTRADE or similar ETRM platforms. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to
lead cross-functional teams and manage complex change programs. Experience in
energy trading (gas, power, LNG) preferred. Additional Information
