We are seeking a
Client Outreach Coordinator
to support access to substance use disorder treatment services through community outreach and referral coordination. This role focuses on building professional referral relationships, responding to inquiries, and supporting prospective clients through the early stages of the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, behavioral health providers, social service agencies, and community organizations
Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and community engagement activities
Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
Provide clear, non-clinical information about programs and admissions processes
Track outreach activities and referral sources
Collaborate with internal clinical, admissions, and billing teams
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in outreach, admissions, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
Reliable transportation for local outreach
Preferred:
Experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment settings
Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare populations
