The
Manager, Institutional Operations
position serves as the strategic partner and operational lead supporting the Senior Manager, Institutional Operations. This role is responsible for driving process improvements and managing cross-functional initiatives across BOK Financial Securities (BOKFS) and BOKF Capital Markets. The position ensures coordination between Investment Operations, Institutional Middle Office, BOKFS Business Operations Institutional Client Services, and FRM Middle Office. The Manager will act as a key liaison between trading desks, institutional sales and technology partners to ensure operational integrity and efficiency. In addition, the Manager will contribute to strategic planning efforts by identifying operational priorities, aligning resources and supporting long-term business objectives. Team Culture

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support new product or system implementations. You will assist the Senior Manager in managing cross-departmental projects and act as proxy when needed. You will provide expertise on operational workflows, risk mitigation strategies, and system integrations. You will develop and maintain procedural documentation and training materials for consistency and team development. You will work closely with IT partners to manage complex projects and keep senior management informed of progress. You will identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability. You will perform special projects as directed by senior and executive management. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field and 7+ years of directly related experience in institutional operations, middle office functions or trade support, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows and clearing/settlement processes Proficiency in Bloomberg TOMS, Impact, Pershing Netx, InTrader, Openlink, Spectrum and other financial systems Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Power Platform as well as SQL for data querying and analysis; familiarity with Python is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Analytical mindset with a focus on operational risk management and process optimization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment BOK Financial Corporation Group
