Deal Desk Analyst, Matterport – Arlington, VA Matterport is leading the digital transformation of the built world. Role Summary Act as the critical partner to the sales organization on complex deal structures. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Fulfillment, Accounting, Billing, and InfoSec to structure, quote, and price non‑standard transactions and drive increased deal velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and assist with deal structuring, quoting, pricing, special terms, auditing deals, and exception approvals.

Anticipate sales teams’ business needs through pipeline reviews and forecast calls.

Serve as an escalation point to shepherd deals to closure and increase velocity.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to review and prepare approval requests for non‑standard deal elements and critical processes.

Document, communicate, and enforce pricing, discounting, and deal policies.

Guide regional sales leadership on deal structuring to maximize ARR while operating at the same cadence and urgency as the field.

Review and approve complex quotes and sales orders based on policy and accounting guidance.

Drive automation opportunities via Salesforce CPQ in the quote‑to‑cash cycle.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years experience in order management, deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/CPQ tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

High attention to detail and quality of work.

Proactive and positive attitude; ability to work in a dynamic, results‑oriented environment.

Experience with reporting tools such as Looker and Google Docs.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Qualifications

Software/SaaS industry experience.

Experience navigating non‑standard enterprise deal processes.
