We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining strong cross-functional coordination throughout the organization.
Position Summary The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee daily inventory control activities, and ensure all inventory processes are executed with accuracy, consistency, and compliance. This position requires strong analytical skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations
Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Develop, maintain, and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, production, and logistics teams to support operational efficiency
Prepare and analyze inventory-related reports and key performance metrics
Ensure accurate data entry and system integrity within ERP and WMS platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
