EnergiSystems is a leader in fuel systems, power infrastructure, and carwash solutions. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Project Foreman to lead field teams in delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely construction projects.
Responsibilities
As a Project Foreman, you will be responsible for:
Hands-On Execution:
Working directly alongside crew members to complete tasks, solve problems, and model best practices in real-time; serving not just as a supervisor, but as an active contributor to daily project outcomes. Crew Leadership:
Actively leading by example while supervising, mentoring, and directing construction crews; delegating tasks; promoting effective teamwork, clear communication, and shared accountability. Project Oversight:
Ensuring projects align with plans/specs; enforcing quality standards and best practices Safety Management:
Promoting a culture of safety and compliance; overseeing equipment usage and adherence to safety regulations Resource Coordination:
Managing materials, equipment maintenance, and crew staffing to meet project needs Communication:
Maintaining clear reporting and coordination with Project Managers, supervisors, and office personnel Scheduling & Budget Control:
Developing schedules, monitoring progress, and maintaining budget alignment Problem Resolution:
Addressing site-level challenges efficiently to minimize disruption Training:
Supporting on-site skills development, safety education, and construction technique refinement Documentation:
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports, JSAs, expenses, permits, and related paperwork Qualifications Licensed UST (Underground Storage Tank) and AST (Aboveground Storage Tank) installer with proven experience in operating heavy machinery and executing concrete pouring, leveling, and finish work to meet structural and aesthetic standards. Proven leadership in construction settings Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction standards Proficiency in project scheduling and budget tracking Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to coordinate multiple teams and logistics in dynamic environments Ability to be gone weekdays with weekends off
