Lupin Responsibilities
Overall brand management of the assigned portfolio (Cardiology and Anti-Diabetes). Establish key issues / opportunities, design elements of strategy, tactics, action plan, investment to impact market share, market growth strategies and enhance profit for the assigned portfolio. Be involved in new product launches; prior experience of brand launch is appreciated. Prepare robust brand plans: conduct internal & external analysis, formulate strategic planning, monitor execution. Develop and implement product plans and ensure they meet business objectives. Train the sales team on brand plan execution in cycle meetings, managing conferences and related initiatives. Support digital marketing efforts; experience in digital marketing would be appreciated. Maintain financial focus: ensure all brand campaigns are effectively managed on time and within financial constraints. Work on product development and brand planning: develop and implement product plans. Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills. Work Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of work experience in product management. Good command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience working in an MNC would be preferable.
