What are we looking for? Responsibilities
Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns.
Identify, qualify, and generate sales leads for the commercial team.
Research target companies and decision-makers within assigned industries.
Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the Sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity in the CRM system.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve prospecting strategies.
Other related tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Business administration or related field).
Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical, industrial, biomedical, or manufacturing environments.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, pipeline development, and closing deals.
Strong commercial drive and genuine passion for sales.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
High level of commitment, autonomy, and resilience.
