Full‑Time Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 / year + monthly and quarterly incentive earnings

How You’ll Make a Difference
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff
Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection to ensure high quality of care
Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to support business goals and create strategies to increase profitability
Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to set expectations and optimize patient experience and business performance
Additional tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
A people‑centric leader who motivates and inspires others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
Demonstrated analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data
