What will you do
Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms to place products on the floor
Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need
Front‑face products to make product shelves look their best
Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store
Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions, ensuring client products stand out
Build displays to showcase client products as needed
Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions in Premium’s field technology on your mobile device while completing your work
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success
Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s)
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text
How will you succeed
Own your store(s) – be the face of Premium on behalf of our clients, becoming their go‑to resource over time
Enjoy working independently as a Premium representative while remembering you’re an extension of the Walmart family
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members
Leverage support and share best practices via closed social media groups and multiple communication channels across the nationwide Walmart team
Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with in‑store challenges
Complete work within the provided timeframe
Follow detailed instructions closely to get it right the first time
Be 18 years of age or older
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Report your work the same day you complete it

Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations in your area
A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos
