Responsibilities
Assist with the development and completion of project‑specific tasks to meet or exceed client expectations and contractual obligations.
Support the planning and analysis of conceptual design issues and pre‑construction activities.
Coordinate and review architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents.
Review, understand, and enforce contractual requirements for design and construction professionals; assist project management staff in generating contracts and addenda.
Understand the building permit process and support design and construction professionals in securing permits.
Meet with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to review project status and resolve issues.
Maintain and follow up on the project open‑item list.
Direct and/or document project meetings.
Review and analyze potential changes to the budget or schedule.
Monitor construction budget and schedule, updating and maintaining web‑based project controls.
Actively observe and report on the construction process and safety‑related issues (field reports, job walks, etc.).
Manage the project close‑out process to successful completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Three or more years of project management experience within the healthcare sector.
