The Rotary Wing Solutions team delivers game‑changing capabilities to Nation’s warfighters. Our cognitively‑enhanced, modular open‑systems designs reduce pilot workload while enhancing situational awareness and safety. The Value Stream Manager will support Army Aviation programs—including MV‑75, UH‑60M, CH‑47F, MH‑60M, MH‑47G, AH‑64, AH/MH‑6, and associated enablers—across the USA and international markets.
What You Will Do
Establish and maintain a program baseline; serve as primary customer point of contact for program status communication.
Manage schedule, performance, cost attainment, sales, and order forecasts; present proposals and status reports to leadership.
Provide proven leadership in strategic pursuits and capture for Army Aviation modernization and acquisition strategies.
Demonstrate program management aptitude with scope control, financial management, and earned value; foster lean philosophy and innovative solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have
University degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Understanding of avionics architectures, modular open systems design, and airworthiness certification standards (e.g., DO‑297, Combined IMA, DO‑178).
Proficiency in identifying and executing opportunities across functions, portfolios, and geographic locations; demonstrated positive, passionate sense of urgency.
