About The Role

We are only considering offshore, contract‑based candidates for this role. The Manager of Systems & Distribution plays a critical role in supporting revenue performance and scalable growth by owning the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of systems and distribution channels. This role partners closely with Revenue, Operations, Accounting and Guest Experience to ensure properties are launched efficiently, listings are accurately distributed across OTAs, and internal systems are built and maintained to support data‑driven decision making.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role with growing strategic impact, ideal for someone who enjoys both systems thinking and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Management Support

Support the Head of Revenue & Analytics with day‑to‑day revenue management activities, including rate loading, restrictions, promotions, and calendar management.

Assist with performance monitoring across channels (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR) and flag risks or opportunities.

Help execute revenue strategies across new and existing properties.

Systems Rollout & Management

Lead setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of revenue, distribution, and operational systems (PMS, channel manager, RMS, pricing tools, reporting tools, etc.).

Own system rollouts for new tools, including testing, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain internal workflows, SOPs, and system documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Identify system gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.

Distribution & OTA Management

Manage OTA listing distribution across all channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, direct, and others).

Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant across platforms.

Coordinate channel launches and updates for new properties and unit changes.

Troubleshoot distribution issues such as sync errors, rate discrepancies, availability mismatches, and content inconsistencies.

Property Onboarding & Launch

Support onboarding of new properties from a systems and distribution perspective.

Ensure all systems are configured prior to launch.

Partner with Operations and Onboarding teams to meet launch timelines and quality standards.

Create repeatable onboarding checklists and timelines to support scale.

Internal Systems & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Build and maintain internal tools, trackers, and dashboards that support revenue, onboarding, and operations teams.

Act as a liaison between Revenue, Operations, Guest Experience, and Tech vendors to ensure systems align with business needs.

Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on systems and distribution best practices.

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written English.

3–6 years of experience in hospitality, short‑term rentals, hotels, or property management.

Strong familiarity with OTAs and distribution ecosystems.

Experience with PMS, channel managers, and revenue or pricing tools.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

Comfortable working cross‑functionally and managing multiple priorities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
