Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 annually (DOE)
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Program Manager to join their team!
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administrative, or related field
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
Proficiency in project management tools (i.e., MS Project, Smartsheet, and ERP systems).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Experience with supply chain and quality systems
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Plan and oversee manufacturing programs
Provide leadership and technical oversight
Establish controls to improve processes
Develop standard methods for project estimating
Analyze production data to track program status
Promote technology advancements
Maintain strong customer relationships
Manage subordinate staff effectively
Ensure adherence to approved budgets
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
PMP or similar certification
401k plan
