Responsibilities
Implement, plan, organize, and staff laboratory activities during each shift to provide services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Collaborate with various departments, medical staff, and others as necessary to assure that pathology systems, techniques, and procedures are appropriate for departmental services.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Current HT/HTL certification through American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
Four (4) years of experience as a Histology Tech, with two (2) years of laboratory supervisor experience.
All applicants must submit to a Color-Acuity screening.
Preferred
BS degree in science.
Computer skills: knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel); basic statistics skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location Atlanta, GA
Compensation $75,000.00–$95,000.00 per year.
