What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction

Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor relationships for timely repairsEnforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with local regulations

Organize resident events to promote a positive community atmosphere

Maintain accurate resident records and handle routine paperwork

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents and vendors

Proven customer service skills with the ability to resolve resident issues efficiently

Basic knowledge of property management, lease agreements, and local regulations

Flexibility to work across multiple properties and adapt to changing priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bilingual proficiency, enhancing communication with diverse residents

Familiarity with property management software and online communication tools

Previous experience in property management or a related field
