Maintain accurate resident records and handle routine paperwork
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents and vendors
Proven customer service skills with the ability to resolve resident issues efficiently
Basic knowledge of property management, lease agreements, and local regulations
Flexibility to work across multiple properties and adapt to changing priorities

Bilingual proficiency, enhancing communication with diverse residents
Familiarity with property management software and online communication tools
Previous experience in property management or a related field
