Distribution Supervisor
in vibrant Albuquerque. In this onsite role you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our supply chain operations, ensuring essential medical products reach those in need effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, coordinating logistics for home medical equipment and services. Manage delivery scheduling, inventory control, and fleet maintenance. Lead a team of Field Service Technicians, coordinating on‑call services, responding to service complaints, and ensuring staff are well‑trained. Maintain an organized warehouse and monitor GPS systems for optimal performance. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in distribution logistics or healthcare delivery operations. Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare or logistics setting strongly preferred. Experience with home medical equipment (HME) or durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus. Benefits
