Join our team and drive impactful sustainability projects for a leading e-commerce client! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead critical Energy & Sustainability initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Develop detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
Oversee projects, ensuring objectives are met within budget, timeline, and sustainability goals.
Directly manage and coordinate subcontractors across Europe.
Set standards, milestones, and ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and resolve issues.
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Prepare status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track budgets and schedules, addressing deviations.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, renewables).
Travel approximately 25% of the time in Europe.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration).
3+ years in Project Management with focus on Energy/Sustainability projects.
Fluent English (other European languages a plus).
Experience managing complex projects for fast-paced clients.
Experience managing subcontractors on-site.
Strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in project management software/tools.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
