Industrial Maintenance Operations Manager

About The Role Our company is growing fast, and we’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Operations Manager to guide a high‑performing team of Maintenance Technicians and keep complex production equipment running safely and reliably.
A Day in the Life You’ll start your morning aligning priorities with Production and your techs, dive into preventive and predictive tasks, and jump in when a critical line needs troubleshooting. You’ll fine‑tune PLC logic, document work, and ensure SOPs and JSAs are current and followed. Throughout the day, you’ll mentor technicians, order critical spares, and keep leadership informed.
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (occasional night or weekend support for emergencies)
Compensation: $90,000–$95,000
What You’ll Lead
Coach, train, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians
Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans
Create, maintain, and enforce SOPs and JSAs
Program and adjust PLCs
Maintain accurate daily maintenance and repair logs
Coordinate with Production Associates and Management on priorities and downtime planning
Secure, organize, and maintain tools and the work area
Champion safety procedures and related training
Provide hands‑on and classroom training as needed
Manage parts and tooling purchases and inventory
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
Background in one or more: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, welding, piping systems, PLC programming
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training preferred)
Manual dexterity for machinery and computer operation
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Reliable, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
Physical Environment
Typical manufacturing setting
Frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds
Use of PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and work boots while operating machinery and tools
