in The Colony, TX. The role supports inventory planning, purchase order execution, and cross‑functional collaboration for the West Elm and Pottery Barn brands. Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain purchase orders based on the needs of cross‑functional partners and supply chain constraints Communicate and manage purchase order and transportation information with agents and vendors Negotiate purchase order criteria with vendors and in‑country teams to ensure proper flow of inbound inventory Update weekly and ad‑hoc reporting to ensure accuracy of inventory, costs, destination, and ship & ETA dates Track and update customer‑facing order dates to properly reflect customer backorder dates and receipt forecasts Partner with Inventory Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Distribution Center Operations, and Transportation teams to investigate problems and develop solutions to maintain an efficient supply chain Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field At least 0‑1 year of relevant experience or recent internship Onsite, in‑office role Time management and communication skills Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite Preferred

Understanding of retail supply chain Physical Requirements

Able to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs/ladder Able to use computer for an extended period of time Repetitive movement with hand and fingers to operate a computer, phone, and keyboard Benefits
