What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or a related field
8 years of experience in project management or a related field
Experience in federal government or federal government consulting
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated ability to pick up new topics quickly and work with minimal direction
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing demands
Experience with strategic planning in a project management context
A team player who maintains a positive attitude in a high‑pressure environment
