Introduction
We are seeking a
Quality Assurance Specialist
at
Concorde Career Colleges
to perform file reviews for assigned campuses and areas, ensuring compliance in Financial Aid packaging, Return to Title IV and Refund calculations, and VA Benefit Administration. Responsibility and Duties
Complete file reviews for new, continuing, re‑entry, withdrawn, and graduate students. Evaluate verification, C‑codes, professional judgments, packaging, Return to Title IV, refund calculations, and VA certification. Track and maintain accuracy performance of R2T4 Specialists and VA Specialists. Prepare reports for management and campus leaders showing accuracy performance, highlighting errors of strength and deficiencies that are present. Suggest training topics to Campus Support Center Financial Aid Director based on error trends. Submit monthly audit reports to Internal Auditor and General Counsel outlining items reviewed and any areas requiring follow‑up. Ensure compliance with applicable Federal regulations and the Annual Federal Student Aid Handbook. Other duties as assigned. Benefits

Associate's degree in general business or related field OR five (5) years of Financial Aid experience or seven (7) years of Financial Aid experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. R2T4 experience required. Packing in a non‑term, clock‑to‑credit hour environment required. VA experience preferred. Must not be in default on any federal student loans during employment. Skills
Strong communication, analytical thinking, learning, and reasoning abilities. Proficient use of computers and software for processing transactions, managing documents, and data entry. Capable of safely ambulating and maneuvering on company premises. Excellent active listening, inductive reasoning, and information organization skills. Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple simultaneous deadlines. Ability to interpret and apply data related to essential job functions. Capability to build long‑term relationships with stakeholders. Work Environment
Indoor, climate‑controlled environment at assigned company location; safe ambulation required. Position designated as remote; employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation. No travel required.
