SAP Business Data Architect Lead Boeing – Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a SAP Business Data Architect Lead to join teams in Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Fairfax, VA; or Ridley Park, PA.

Oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs, and change‑driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.

Direct high‑level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determine scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.

Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and refine the business case.

Develop and execute process and strategy for integration of plans and schedules.

Consult and recommend integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management processes, techniques, and tools to management considered best practices across the industry.

Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Authorize commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.

Oversee deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

Collaborate with architects, process owners, subject‑matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies.

Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high‑quality data designs.

Communicate and lead to guide business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition, data mapping, validation and cutover activities.

Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled.

Extract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systems.

Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with application owners and stakeholders.

Advise stakeholders on data integration and solution options.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in ERP data architecture and implementation.

Experience engaging multiple cross‑functional teams.

Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS‑G.

Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 HANA.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay & Benefits

The total rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Summary pay range: $141,100 – $204,700 (based on candidate experience). Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and other programs. Programs and options vary by location, hire date, and collective bargaining agreements.
