Dolce & Gabbana, a global leader in luxury fashion, is building a talent pipeline for our Front-of-House Sales Team to support current and future boutique openings.
ROLE As part of our Front-of-House Sales Team, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, uphold brand standards, and contribute to boutique success. Whether you start as a Client Advisor or advance to Senior Client Advisor, we offer opportunities for growth, mentorship, and career development.
MISSION
Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
Drive store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment.
Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
Create and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and clientele tools.
Manage CRM updates and client acquisition efforts.
Develop personalized, versatile, timeless silhouettes for clients.
Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination.
Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
PROFILE
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Passion for fashion and ability to create memorable client experiences.
Experience in Women’s and Men’s Ready‑to‑Wear is a plus.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
