This position will work the evening shift: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
As a Material Handler, you’ll support production by loading, verifying, and replenishing materials to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, follow safety and quality procedures, and assist with packaging and labeling. Your attention to detail and teamwork help us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.
Responsibilities
Load and unload raw materials; verify batch codes and expiration dates
Replenish materials in bins/hoppers to prevent shortages
Report damaged or inconsistent materials to leadership
Wrap products manually or using a wrapping machine
Label and verify product selection and quantity
Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work area
Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Understanding of material handling and equipment preferred
Able to lift up to 50lbs and move throughout your shift
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
Skills
Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Able to read, write, and understand English
Team‑oriented and dependable
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.50‑$21.07 plus a $1.50/hour shift differential. Nestlé offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
