Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Develop, plan, execute, and control vessel unload operations, engaging ports, USDA, and external warehouses, and managing materials and service resources.
Collaborate with the internal controlling department to validate procedures for inventory management and audit planning.
Develop and manage an Inventory Management Plan, creating audit calendars per plant, monitoring and reporting inventory deviations.
Elaborate blending recipes, audit production, maintain quality and inventory levels, and fulfill SLA’s for volume and quality.
Provide technical support for operational issues and innovation efforts for LDC operations and external warehouses, including tankers load/unload, blending operations, drum filling, and packaging.
Drive problem‑solving as a Subject Matter Expert on root cause analysis.
Execute inbound, processing, and outbound SAP transactions for Juice Operations.
Work with internal teams and suppliers to improve product quality, business processes, and total cost of ownership.
Develop and utilize KPIs to drive results, support cost‑value analyses for leading suppliers, and support supplier quality programs.
Support preparation of monthly and quarterly objectives reviews and involve other departments as needed.
Travel 50‑75% to warehouses in Umatilla, Winter Garden, and Orlando; quarterly travel to Port Manatee for vessel unloading from Brazil (up to 2 weeks).
Additional Responsibilities
Prepare KPIs, daily operations reports, and other internally produced operations reports.
Create daily/weekly/monthly reports and information databases for internal stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, educating internal stakeholders on impacts.
Maintain effective and ethical relationships with suppliers.
Assist other team members when needed; conduct customer and supplier visits.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, food engineering, agricultural engineering, business administration, or a related business discipline.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in an office work environment and beverage/food industry operations.
Minimum 5 years of proficiency in SAP, MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Preferred: Additional postgraduate degree and/or 5 years in Juice industry operations.
