Responsibilities This role is responsible for partnering with product development, marketing, and supply chain to implement innovation and DtV plans for categories in EM. Delivering the innovation and DtV plans on time with highest quality product to market, and developing solutions to address market‑specific challenges and opportunities that they face. This role reports to the Sector LCM Lead and requires a highly collaborative individual living the performance‑driven culture, who can work closely with cross‑functions and ABU teams and manage execution with excellence.
Lead the regional implementation of product innovations and renovations in line with the Strategic Business Plan, in full collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Lead execution of projects after BFC.
Coordinate regional appropriations and IMF at the BFC stage.
Lead project risk assessments (RAM).
Understand feasibility & capability to implement product and materials cost‑savings initiatives to deliver Cost Transformation business targets.
Lead continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
Ensure BU compliance with corporate, sector, regulatory, and safety requirements related to product.
Work to agreed safety standards and lead by example, ensuring compliance with company and country regulations.

In this R&D role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Requirements
+5 years of experience in R&E innovation – professional background in innovation processes.
Degree in industrial engineering or science.
Preferred experience in product development and innovation adoption in BCC/FC/AC business.
Experience in building innovation pathways cost‑effectively with end‑user target and growth in mind.
Experience in managing DtV projects to execution.
Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence multi‑functions.
