Executive Assistant for Hotel Management

BMI Hospitality Management is looking for an Executive Assistant. The right applicant will be an excellent communicator familiar with the hospitality industry and is looking for a position that will allow them to grow into a hotel management position. This person needs to be incredibly organized as they will be collecting data and preparing reports for multiple companies.

Duties
Compile revenue data, service scores, STAR scores and productivity scores into various weekly and monthly reports for distribution to hotel management and ownership.
Track scores to verify monthly bonus amounts for management staff.
Assist VP of Operations in the opening of new hotels to include: obtaining quotes/proposals, purchasing opening supplies to meet brand standards, scheduling deliveries of orders, receiving and returning items, confirming pricing and invoicing is accurate, communicate pricing approval to accounting department and assist on site management at new hotels to prepare for opening.
Become familiar with hotel brand standards to help construction staff and hotel management staff be compliant with franchise brand standards.
Attend Sales Department meetings and participate in Revenue Calls.
Create marketing materials for hotels to include flyers, PowerPoint presentations and invitations.
Assist in event planning.
Attend local meetings and events relevant to the hospitality industry.
Answer phones.
Assist in hotel inspections in the absence of the VP of Operations.
Required Skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Must be able to use Excel with moderate to advanced skill.
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Adaptable, able to multitask and prioritize
