Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between production teams, quality assurance, and management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing/quality-related issues. Work with members of leadership to identify and refine procedures and process workflows. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop system and procedure documentation. Support cross functional meetings to align priorities. Organize and lead brainstorming sessions, document and formalize outcomes. Conduct training sessions and maintain accurate training records. Structure and integrate procedural documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain and update quality documentation such as certificates of conformance (C of C), material traceability, manuals, procedures, and supplier quality records. Perform periodic audits of processes and systems to ensure compliance. Validate manufacturing requirements to customer specifications and applicable industry standards. Follow and maintain all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning or supply chain Experience with QA software tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium) Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality frameworks Knowledge of lean manufacturing a plus Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
