Maintenance Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
Troubleshooting mechanical problems
Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations
Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department
Ability to work independently or part of a group
Computer knowledge
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator
Maintenance Assistant Schedule & Benefits:
