We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out to us via phone. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Check-in visitors and handle registration processes efficiently. Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services. Manage appointment scheduling and ensure effective time management for staff and clients. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with an ability to handle queries effectively. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Familiarity with office software and standard office equipment. Benefits
